Outreach specialist to get us added to 10 specific articles (fixed scope, mental health software)

We're a small US SaaS product (AI documentation tool for therapists). We've identified 10 specific published articles that list competing tools in our category but don't include us. We want to be considered for inclusion. This is a fixed-scope research + outreach project. Not ongoing SEO, not link building, not content writing. ## What you'll do 1. For each of the 10 URLs we provide: - Identify the author/editor and find a working contact method (email preferred, contact form or LinkedIn acceptable) - Send a personalized pitch (we will provide the template and approve your personalization before anything goes out) - Log the contact attempt in a shared tracking sheet - Send up to one polite follow-up after 7-10 days if no reply 2. Deliver a tracking sheet containing, for each URL: - Article URL and publication - Author/editor name and contact method used - Date contacted, date of follow-up - Response received (yes/no) and what it said - Outcome (added / declined / no response / asked for payment) ## What we will NOT do Please read this carefully before applying — these are dealbreakers: - No paid link placements on sites that sell links. If a publication offers paid inclusion, log it and tell us; we decide, you don't buy. - No link exchanges, reciprocal linking, or private blog networks. - No mass/templated blasts. Every pitch is personalized and approved by us first. - No writing or publishing content on our behalf. - No contacting anyone outside the 10 URLs we provide without asking. We are in a healthcare-adjacent space. Anything that looks like a link scheme is a real liability for us, not just an SEO risk. ## What we provide - The 10 target URLs, ranked by priority - A pitch template and the factual details about our product - Approval on your personalization before each send ## What we're looking for - Demonstrable outreach/digital PR experience — please share 2-3 examples of placements you actually secured, with URLs - Clear written English (you're representing us in these emails) - Comfort with a tracking sheet and consistent logging Bonus, not required: experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated B2B SaaS. ## Terms Fixed price. Milestone-based: Milestone 1: contact research complete for all 10 (sheet delivered with names + contact methods) — released on delivery Milestone 2: all 10 initial pitches sent and logged Milestone 3: follow-ups sent and final outcome report delivered Timeline: 3 weeks. ## To apply Answer these three questions in your proposal.
