We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our franchise development efforts. This role focuses on outbound outreach to tax and accounting firm owners within our existing database to schedule discovery meetings with our Sales Director. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. We are looking for a professional communicator who can build rapport with firm owners, follow established processes, and move prospects forward in the sales process. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to accounting and tax firm owners Schedule qualified meetings with our Sales Director Follow up via phone and email Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in HubSpot Execute and manage follow-up processes to ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks Provide regular updates on outreach activity and lead engagement Expectation is an average of 5 meetings per week set Requirements: Previous SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience Strong phone and communication skills Experience using HubSpot CRM Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives Able to follow established processes while adapting conversations as needed Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy Ability to work during normal business hours: M-F, 8-5 averaging 10 hours per week
