We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented mystery shoppers to complete a 1-night overnight hotel evaluation in Havre, MT. As a mystery shopper, you will stay at the property as a typical guest and evaluate the overall guest experience, property condition, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of key amenities. This assignment is part of a hospitality quality assurance program focused on workforce and business traveler accommodations. Compensation: $100 flat fee 1 overnight stay required (No reimbursement is provided as the reservation will be pre-paid by the client before your arrival). What You'll Do: Check in as a normal guest and remain anonymous throughout the visit Evaluate: Parking lot and exterior conditions Safety, lighting, and security features Lobby cleanliness and check-in experience Hallways and common areas Guest room cleanliness and condition Bathroom cleanliness and functionality Available amenities and facilities Stay overnight at the property Submit a detailed online report by midnight local time on the day of checkout Take required photos throughout the visit Required Photos Include: Guest room from two angles before placing any belongings in the room Bathroom photo upon entry Hallways Laundry facilities (if available) Vending and ice machine areas (if available) Any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or compliance concerns observed Additional amenity photos as required by the survey Ideal Candidates: Detail-oriented and observant Comfortable taking notes and discreet photographs Able to follow detailed instructions Dependable and able to meet deadlines Previous mystery shopping experience is helpful but not required Requirements: Must be able to complete a solo overnight hotel stay Must have a smartphone capable of taking clear photos Must submit accurate and honest observations Must act as a typical guest and avoid revealing the purpose of the visit To apply, please include: Any mystery shopping, auditing, inspection, or customer service experience Your availability for an overnight stay within the next few weeks Applications from local residents and frequent travelers are encouraged.
