We are seeking a reliable, and detail-oriented Overnight Guest Support Specialist to assist with managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working independently during overnight hours. Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond promptly to guest messages through Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez Booking platform * Handle guest inquiries, check-in assistance, and basic troubleshooting * Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and guest requests * Escalate emergencies according to company procedures * Maintain accurate notes and communication logs * Deliver exceptional guest experiences while protecting company standards Qualifications: * Excellent written English communication skills * Strong customer service background * Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez, or similar platforms preferred Schedule: * Overnight coverage
