We're looking for someone with a proven track record of growing ecommerce email revenue through better strategy, testing, learning and execution. _____________________________________________ 💰 THE OPPORTUNITY You'll receive: ✅ NZ$2,000/month retainer ✅ PLUS 10% commission on all email-attributed revenue growth (excluding GST) Just looking at the commission bonus... If you grow email revenue by: ➡️ $10,000/month → You earn an additional ~$900/month ➡️ $30,000/month → You earn an additional ~$2,600/month ➡️ $60,000/month → You earn an additional ~$5,200/month 🔥 There is no commission cap. 📈 Each month, as the growth increases, so does your commission (there are no baseline resets). The payment structure is intentionally designed so that your income continues growing as the email channel grows. You'll own everything email, including: ✅ Campaigns ✅ Klaviyo flows ✅ Testing ✅ Segmentation ✅ Copywriting ✅ Email design ✅ Landing pages in Shopify ✅ Optimisation This is not a role where you'll be waiting for instructions.
