PCB Design Engineer: Custom 36-LED SK6812-Mini Ring (Flux.ai Expert)

We are seeking an experienced PCB Layout Engineer to design a custom 36-LED addressable RGBW ring. The project must be completed entirely within Flux (flux.ai) so our internal team can easily collaborate and review the files. The physical footprint and baseline circuit design must be modeled after the standard Adafruit 24-LED NeoPixel Ring. You will need to review the open-source NeoPixel design files to pull the exact board dimensions (Outer Diameter and Inner Diameter) and apply them to this custom layout. Key Design Requirements: LED Component: The board must use exactly 36 SK6812-Mini (3535 package) RGBW LEDs (Cool White, 6000K). These must be spaced evenly at 10-degree increments around the ring. Footprint: The overall Outer Diameter (OD) and Inner Diameter (ID) must perfectly match the standard 24-LED Adafruit NeoPixel ring. Capacitor Requirements: You are responsible for calculating, selecting, and routing the appropriate decoupling capacitors required for this 36-LED high-density layout to ensure a stable data signal without flickering. Routing Constraints: All main system connection pads (5V, GND, Data In, Data Out) must be located on the Inner Diameter (ID) side of the ring. There cannot be any connector pins, solder pads, or routing extending past the Outer Diameter. Deliverables: Access to the final, completed Flux project architecture. Verified manufacturing files (Gerbers, Drill files, Pick-and-Place data, and BOM) optimized for standard low-cost fabrication.
