PCB Design Engineer Needed – 24V DC Input DALI Bus Power Supply

*Project Description* We are seeking an experienced electronics engineer to design a compact PCB that provides DALI bus power from a 24V DC input source. The design should offer functionality similar to commercial DALI bus power supplies such as the Lunatone PS24 while being optimized for our specific application. *Scope of Work* * Design complete schematic and PCB layout. * Create a DALI bus power supply operating from a 24V DC input. * Design DALI-compliant bus current limiting and protection circuitry. * Include reverse polarity, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection. * Select components that are readily available from LCSC/JLCPCB where possible. * Optimize PCB for reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability. * Prepare production-ready files. *Electrical Requirements* * Input Voltage: 24V DC * DALI Bus Output: IEC 62386 compliant * Stable DALI bus voltage and current capability suitable for multiple DALI devices * Industrial-grade operation and protection * Compact PCB footprint preferred *Deliverables* * Complete schematic * PCB layout files (EasyEDA, KiCad, or Altium) * Gerber files * BOM with manufacturer part numbers * Pick-and-place/CPL files * PDF documentation * Basic testing and bring-up instructions *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with DALI (IEC 62386) systems * Analog and power electronics design experience * Industrial control or lighting control projects * Experience designing boards for JLCPCB assembly *When Applying, Please Include* 1.
