The board should include USB-C, status LED, user button, and all supporting power/programming circuitry needed for a manufacturable prototype. This is not just a simple ESP32 breakout board. Relevant mmWave / radar sensor integration experience is required. Please only apply if you have worked with mmWave radar modules, 24GHz presence sensors, LD2410/LD2411/LD2412-style modules, or similar sensor hardware. Core BOM / Features The PCB should include: * ESP32-C3 module or chip, depending on your recommendation * LD2412 or equivalent mmWave presence sensor * USB-C connector for power and/or programming * Status LED * User button * Required voltage regulation and protection components * Programming/debug access as appropriate * Compact layout suitable for integration into a small enclosure Scope of Work You will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing the proposed architecture and recommending any improvements 2. Selecting/validating components and footprints 3. Creating the schematic 4. Designing the PCB layout 5. Running ERC/DRC checks 6. Preparing manufacturing files 7. Preparing assembly files and BOM 8. Providing basic bring-up guidance for the first prototype Required Deliverables Please include the following deliverables: * Schematic source files * PCB layout source files * Gerber files * BOM with manufacturer part numbers * PDF schematic Preferred design tools: KiCad or Altium, but I’m open to other professional PCB tools if the deliverables are complete and usable.
