PCB Design and Prototyping for hall sensor boards

We are seeking an experienced PCB designer to create and prototype a printed circuit board for hall sensor inputs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics and experience in designing PCBs that accommodate various sensor types. You will be responsible for schematic capture, layout design, and prototype testing. Your expertise will guide our project from concept to realization, ensuring functionality and efficiency. Specifics: 1) complete PCB design for encoder board with matrix (3x14) read using a teensy 4.1. 2) shape of board and position of sensors will be supplied, each set of sensors around a 'ring' must be on the same power cycle/row for the matrix 3) board contains 38 hall sensors and will need additional power for the matrix read as a teensy has limited power per pin. 4) JST style connectors for input/outputs if space is available or direct connected cabling. 5) Linear analog sensors to be used such as 49E's 6) if pullup resistors are desired the teensy has them built in and those will be used (via software)
