PCB Design for Smart Pet Feeder

Job Description: I am looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to help design the PCB for a smart, IoT-enabled pet feeder. I have already completed the mechanical design, including the 3D assembly and a full Bill of Materials (BOM). I am looking for someone who can translate my mechanical prototype into a functional, reliable, and "IoT-ready" electronic system. Project Scope: The project is divided into four milestones. I am currently focusing on Milestones 1 & 2, with the potential to extend to 3 & 4 (with extra budget). Key Requirements: - Mechanical/Space Constraints: You must work with my existing 3D STEP files to ensure the PCB fits the enclosure perfectly. - Sensor Integration - IoT-Ready Architecture - Reliability: You must design the circuitry to isolate motor-driven high-current noise from sensitive sensor signals to ensure data accuracy. Milestones: Milestone 1: Architecture & Interface Planning - Define interface mapping (pinout for all sensors and motors). - Finalize PCB board outline and mounting holes based on provided 3D files. - Deliverable: Interface definition document (Sensor Pinout Map) and updated BOM. Milestone 2: Schematic & PCB Layout Design - Design schematic and PCB layout. - Deliverable: Gerber files, 3D PCB model (for collision check), and final BOM. Milestone 3: Firmware & Data Dictionary (Future phase) - Develop basic logic for motor control, sensor polling, and stall detection. - Deliverable: Source code and a comprehensive "Data Dictionary" document detailing sensor data formats (for future App development). Milestone 4: Testing & Verification (Future phase) - Functional verification and pressure testing.
