PCB Engineer for Smartwatch Airwires

Summary

Hello, I'm building a wearable smartwatch product called OnTrack Life. It's a premium health monitoring watch with heart rate, SpO2, ECG, temperature sensing, and behavioral feedback features. I designed the PCB in Flux AI (an AI-based PCB design tool), and the design is 89% complete. The schematic is fully validated and 837 of ~862 wires are routed correctly. However, the autorouter cannot complete the last 25 connections due to BGA escape congestion around 3 chips (U3, U10, J7). I need an experienced PCB engineer to finish these connections manually and deliver production-ready manufacturing files. THE PROBLEM: 25 airwires (unrouted connections) remain on the board. The autorouter cannot complete them because of dense routing between the main microcontroller (Nordic nRF5340 in BGA package), an ECG chip, and a mezzanine connector. This requires manual BGA escape routing. SPECIFIC UNROUTED CONNECTIONS: BUTTON_INPUT: J7:8 to U3:P0.23 ECG_CS_N: U3:P0.11 to U10:CS ECG_DRDY_N: U3:P0.12 to U10:DRDY ECG_RESET_N: U3:P0.14 to U10:PWDN/RESET ECG_SPI_MISO: U3:P0.10 to U10:DOUT ECG_SPI_SCK: U3:P0.08 to U10:SCLK EXT_WDOG_KICK: U9:WDI to U3:P0.07 GND: Multiple U3:VSS and VSS_PAD ground connections GND: C37:P2 to J7:16 HAPTIC2_GPIO: J7:10 to U3:P0.17 HAPTIC3_GPIO: J7:11 to U3:P0.18 HFXO_XC2: Trace db98 to U3:XC2 I2C_SDA: U6:SDA to U3:P1.03 IMU_INT1: U3:P0.04 to U4:INT1 LED_AMBER_GPIO: J7:21 to U3:P0.22 LED_BLUE_GPIO: J7:20 to U3:P0.20 PPG_INT: U6:INT to U3:P0.06 RF_ANT_FEED: Trace 8d9b to L3:P1 STIM_OV_FAULT_N: Trace 6c96 to U3:P0.15 TEMP_OS_INT: U3:P0.05 to U5:OS WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO: 1. Complete routing of all 25 remaining airwires 2. Solve BGA escape routing around U3 (Nordic nRF5340) 3. Adjust placement of U10 or J7 if needed for better routing 4. Ensure RF trace (RF_ANT_FEED to L3) has proper 50-ohm impedance and ground clearance 5. Run DRC and verify 0 errors 6. Verify ERC passes with 0 errors 7. Generate complete manufacturing package FINAL DELIVERABLES: - Complete Gerber files (RS-274X format) - Drill files (Excellon format) - Updated BOM (Excel with manufacturer part numbers) - Pick-and-place file (CSV) - 3D STEP model - DRC report showing 0 errors - ERC report showing 0 errors - Assembly drawings - Any notes on changes made BOARD SPECIFICATIONS: - Size: 40mm x 40mm rounded square - Corner radius: 8mm - Layers: 4-layer FR-4 - Thickness: 1.6mm target - Surface Finish: ENIG (gold) - Copper Weight: 1oz - IP67 wearable design - Screenless (no display) KEY COMPONENTS: - MCU: Nordic nRF5340 dual-core BLE 5.3 - PMIC: Nordic nPM1300 - Boost Converter: TPS61041 (3.7V to 10V for stimulation) - Health Sensors: MAX30102, MAX30205, ICM-42688-P, ADS1292R - Safety Chips: TPS3700, TPS3710, MAX6370 - Antenna: Johanson 2450AT43B100 chip antenna - 4x vibration motors with 2N7000 MOSFETs - Electrical stimulation: TLC555 + photorelay isolation - USB-C charging with ESD protection - Battery: 3.7V 500mAh Li-Po with DW01A + FS8205A protection WHAT I WILL PROVIDE: - Flux project file (.flx) - complete design backup - Current Gerber files (.zip) - ODB++ files (.zip) - universal format - Schematic in EDIF format (.edif) - Complete BOM with all manufacturer part numbers (.zip) - Pick-and-place file (.zip) - 3D STEP model (.step) - 8 detailed project documents: * Project Specification * Power Budget * Firmware Pin Plan * Screenless Layout Feasibility * Two-Board Redesign Plan * Top Board Manufacturing Readiness Report * Current PCB Details Report * Watch Body Interface Notes - Screenshots of problem areas - Available for questions via chat/video call PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL: 1.
