Summary

I'm looking for an experienced PCB engineer to take an AI-generated schematic and layout to a fully routed, manufacturable design for HALO — a patent-pending titanium bangle wearable with a deployable flexible AMOLED screen. What's already done: A Flux.ai session has produced an initial schematic and component placement. You'll be inheriting this work, validating it, fixing errors, and completing the routing. Files available: Flux project (.flx), schematic netlist (.edif), BOM, and Gerbers exported with known errors. Architecture (locked — do not redesign): Primary MCU: STM32U5G9 — native MIPI DSI for RM69330 flexible AMOLED (192×960px) BLE 5.0: Nordic nRF52 series companion module — earbuds and app pairing Cellular: SIM7080G LTE-M/NB-IoT + eSIM IC — standalone calls Sensors: AK09918C magnetometer (I2C), BME280 temp/humidity/pressure (I2C) Power: MCP73831 LiPo charger, USB-C, dedicated high-current rail for LTE-M modem Haptics: DRV2605L Physical constraints (hard limits): 62mm internal diameter bangle, 16mm height, 7.5mm wall PCB target thickness ≤1mm — rigid-flex or ultra-thin rigid All components must sit within the 7.5mm wall profile Titanium chassis requires a ceramic or polymer antenna insert for RF transparency — antenna placement must inform insert location What I need from you: Review and validate the existing schematic — flag any errors Resolve the RM69330 MIPI DSI display path (currently a placeholder) Design a proper power architecture for the LTE-M modem peak current Complete PCB routing with DRC clean Produce manufacturing-ready Gerber files (JLCPCB-compatible preferred) Confirm antenna element location for chassis modification You must have: Experience with wearable or ultra-compact PCB design STM32 and MIPI DSI high-speed routing experience Rigid-flex PCB experience or willingness to work with a rigid-flex fab Ability to validate and correct AI-generated schematics — not just accept them Nice to have: Familiarity with Flux.ai (can import .flx files) Experience with cellular modem integration (SIM7080G or similar) KiCad proficiency
