PCB Layout designer, Design for drone assembly power distribution board

Project Overview Design a one-piece structural PCB/FR4 drone frame that replaces a traditional carbon fiber top plate and power distribution board. The PCB will serve both as the structural frame and as the power distribution system for the motors and electronics. Initial deisng will be a basic level and add as needed based on input for suggestion of total cost. Design Requirements: One-piece frame/plate design PCB will extend directly to each motor mount location Recommend appropriate FR4 thickness (expected 4–5mm range) Mounting holes and motor mounting pattern included Up to 12S LiPo operation Four BLDC motors (see rough design) Each motor approximately 80A burst current Three motor phase connections routed through PCB Motors will solder directly to PCB pads No separate motor wires desired High-current power distribution integrated into frame Large copper pours instead of narrow traces PCB Requirements: Recommend optimum layer count Recommend copper weight (3oz, 4oz, etc.) Heavy copper design Minimize EMI and RF interference to receiver systems Separate areas for: ESC mounting Deliverables: Complete PCB design files KiCad preferred (Altium acceptable) Gerber files Stackup recommendation Manufacturing recommendations Current carrying calculations Mechanical drawings 3D model export (STEP preferred) Experience Required High-current PCB design Heavy copper PCB design Power distribution boards Drone/UAV electronics Structural PCB design experience strongly preferred Please provide examples of previous heavy-current PCB, drone, robotics, EV, or structural PCB projects. Also include recommendations on PCB thickness, copper weight, layer count, and manufacturability for a design carrying approximately 80A burst motor currents over a 170mm arm length.
