PCB Schematic & Layout Review — 12V Fan Controller
Worldwide
I have designed a 12V/14V DC table fan controller PCB using EasyEDA Pro. The circuit includes NE555-based PWM speed control, IRLZ44N MOSFET for fan motor driving, LM7805 voltage regulator, Schottky diode OR circuit for adapter/battery auto-switchover, independent LED MOSFET switch, and reverse polarity protection. I need an experienced electronics engineer to review: Schematic correctness — NE555 PWM circuit, MOSFET gate drive, LM7805 connections, diode OR logic PCB layout — trace widths, component placement, power paths, DRC errors BOM verification — correct footprints, component values Overall circuit logic — will it work as intended? Deliverables: Written feedback on any errors or improvements Corrected schematic/PCB if needed Files provided: EasyEDA project file (schematic + PCB) Gerber files BOM CSV
