We are looking for a specialist to extract structured spare parts data from 100 PDF parts manuals. (each one + 500 pages) Scope • Extract Part Numbers • Extract Part Names / Descriptions / remark • PDFs are large and multi-page • Different templates/layouts may exist across files • Must handle table variations and inconsistent formatting Required Output CSV or Excel with columns such as: • part_number • part_name • source_pdf • remark Important Requirements • High accuracy • No skipped extractable data • Must handle different PDF structures • Clean formatting ready for catalog/database import • Experience with spare parts catalogs, EPC manuals, or industrial PDFs is a strong plus Budget USD 300 fixed price Please start your proposal with: “PDF READY” and briefly explain your approach for handling multiple PDF templates.
