AI tools are increasingly used in legal support roles to improve productivity while human review remains essential. 📱 Excellent phone, text messaging, and customer service skills ❤️ Empathetic and compassionate when communicating with injured clients ✍️ Fluent in English (written & verbal) with strong proofreading skills 🧠 Thinks outside the box and never gives up on finding solutions 💪 Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and eager to grow ⚡ Quick, organized, and efficient with time management ❓ Asks questions after researching and consulting available resources—including ChatGPT—when additional guidance is needed 🌐 Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace 🤝 Positive attitude and team-first mindset ⏰ Responsive on firm chat throughout the workday 🚫 Must not be employed by another law firm or legal office while working with HALLADA LAW 📋 Primary Responsibilities 📞 Call and text clients with professionalism and empathy 📧 Draft and send client communications, including Welcome and Thank You for Retaining Our Firm letters 📂 Build strong personal injury claims from intake through treatment by maintaining complete documentation and proactive follow-up 🚗 Open 1st-party, 3rd-party, and homeowners insurance claims for premises liability cases 📑 Order and track Traffic Collision Reports (TCRs)/Police Reports 🏥 Coordinate client treatment and communicate with medical providers 💰 Confirm balances with providers and communicate accurately with the Accounting Department 📁 Upload, properly rename, organize, and file documents in the correct Filevine folders 💵 Enter and track case-related expenses within Filevine 📝 Maintain accurate Filevine notes, tasks, and case timelines after every client interaction 🔎 Research insurance information, liability issues, and claim details using sound judgment and critical thinking These responsibilities align closely with common expectations for experienced personal injury case managers, including client communication, opening insurance claims, ordering police reports, maintaining Filevine, coordinating medical care, and keeping cases moving toward settlement. 📈 30-Day Performance Review Your first 30 days will be evaluated on: ✅ Attendance & Reliability ✅ Client Communication ✅ Productivity ✅ Filevine Documentation ✅ Accuracy ✅ Initiative & Problem Solving ✅ Organization ✅ Teamwork 💰 Compensation 💵 Starting at $5.00 USD/hour 🎯 Quarterly performance bonuses for teams that exceed firm goals, deliver exceptional client service, maintain outstanding attendance, and consistently produce results.
