PES Embroidery Files for Judo Belts

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create PES embroidery files for Japanese names on judo belts. The task requires precision and attention to detail, as the files must be ready for immediate use. The ideal candidate will have experience in embroidery file creation and a strong understanding of Japanese characters. This is a part-time project with a short duration, requiring delivery today. I need an experienced embroidery digitizer to deliver a small set of ready-to-stitch PES files today. The designs are gold Japanese text (katakana/kanji) to be embroidered onto black judo belts (thick, fully-stitched Ronin-style belts, ~45 mm wide). They will run on a Brother Innov-is FS40E (130 × 180 mm embroidery field, single needle, reads PES from USB). Scope of work Create finished embroidery designs in PES format (Brother), ready to stitch with no further conversion. Text in Japanese characters (katakana and kanji) — I will supply the exact names/texts in both Latin and Japanese. Each design must fit within the 130 × 180 mm hoop field (landscape orientation along the belt). Letter height ~15–25 mm, optimised for readability on a belt end. Digitize as proper satin/fill columns for crisp, fully-filled characters — no gaps, no loose jump threads. Stitch settings optimised for: Thick black judo belts (the belt is too stiff to hoop, so the design must work with a float/tear-away stabiliser method). Gold/yellow polyester embroidery thread (note: I may use metallic gold, so reasonable density to limit thread breakage is a plus). Likely 2 separate files (one per belt end), but I will confirm the exact layout on hire. Requirements Deadline: delivery today, by 23:59 CEST. Proven experience producing PES files for Brother machines. Preferably experience embroidering on belts/straps (judo / karate / BJJ) or other narrow, thick items.
