PHP developer to solve a speech recognition and dictionary issue

I have a learning website which was built using PHP. The issue is that it has a built-in speech recognition tool to help non-English speakers use the recording button on the website to test and grade their English pronunciation, but now it doesn't work anymore (it says that not enough voice is received). The tool works the following way: 1. In different sections and sentences, where the tool is enabled, users can click on the recording button. 2. After they click on the button, they can record the sentence or word and then receive a grade. The system shows which words were pronounced correctly, which ones were pronounced incorrectly, and it gives them a general grade: The improvements will be these ones: 1. Make it work well again (that it shows the graded result). 2. Add a new recording icon, and it has to stop listening and start grading the sentence only one the student has clicked the "stop" button, which you will also add (this button exists in two sections, but make it work this way). 3. Display and animation with sound I will provide that goes from zero to the percentage of the sentence that they pronounced correctly, based on the % of words pronounced correctly. 4. There's a dictionary at the bottom of some pages of the site, which was powered by Glosbe, but now it doesn't work. In this area, change this for a "dictionary" you'll add, powered by ChatGPT or Gemini, were users can write the word or sentence they want the meaning of, and get the translated result and examples. After you finish these tasks successfully, you'll be paid $14 USD, which I'll fund immediately after starting the contract.
