PLC for Pump Testing

PLC & HMI Developer Needed – Automation Direct Productivity 3000 / C-more Panel (Pump Skid Control System) We are a chemical injection pump manufacturer with an existing ladder logic project underway for a pump skid control system. The foundation of the code is in place and well-documented, but we need an experienced Automation Direct developer to step in and bring it across the finish line. What's already done: System Initialize routine (default values, device ranges, scaling constants) Input buffering (analog and discrete) with scaling and bias logic HMI input/output tag structure Entry validation and permissive logic Safety monitoring routine (SafeToRun bit logic) PID loop framework for pressure control via PRV Outputs routine structure What needs to be completed: Devices routine — finish auto/manual engage logic for all output devices Automation routine — build out the sequence steps and step-based engage conditions Status routine — expand beyond shutdown state detection Logging routine — implement step-based data capture into arrays, buffered out through Outputs HMI C-more HMI development — screens for operator entry, manual/auto control, live status, and data visibility What we're looking for: Proven experience with Automation Direct Productivity 3000 and C-more panels Strong ladder logic fundamentals with clean, readable, well-commented code Ability to work within an existing code structure and coding standard — this is a hand-off, not a ground-up build Familiarity with PID loops, analog scaling, and sequence-based automation logic Clear communication and milestone-based progress updates Please include examples of similar PLC/HMI projects in your proposal. Fixed-price bids preferred with a proposed milestone breakdown.
