PMO Lead | Jira | IT Project Management| Process & Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to establish and manage our PMO function while driving project execution, governance, and delivery excellence across multiple technology projects. You will work closely with leadership, product managers, engineering teams, QA, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving delivery efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage PMO standards, processes, and governance. - Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple initiatives. - Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resource plans. - Manage Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and reporting. - Track project KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery metrics. - Coordinate communication between stakeholders, development, QA, Product Owners, and management. - Ensure proper documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, technical Documentation Hand-off, and project plans, - Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
