Looking for a PPC Ads Manager for VerdPaw – UK Dog Supplement Brand (Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok) VerdPaw is a UK-based premium dog supplement brand (FDA & GMP certified) that donates 100% of profits to animal, children and elderly charities. Responsibilities: - Set up, manage and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon, Google, Meta and TikTok - Monitor and improve ACOS / ROAS performance - Weekly performance reporting - Keyword research and audience targeting - A/B testing of creatives and copy Working Hours: - 2-3 hours per day - Base rate: $4/hour ACOS Targets & Performance Bonus: - Month 1 target: 55% ACOS - Month 2 target: 45% ACOS - Month 3 onwards: 35% ACOS - If ACOS stays below target, 50% of extra savings paid as performance bonus Termination Policy: Exceeding the monthly ACOS target by more than 15% will result in immediate contract termination. Requirements: - Proven Amazon UK PPC experience with portfolio or case studies - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads - Pet, health or supplement niche experience is a plus - Available 2-3 hours daily, UK timezone preferred Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
