======================================================== CONVERT BRAND GUIDELINES INTO PROFESSIONAL POWERPOINT MASTER TEMPLATE (.POTX) ======================================================== PROJECT ------- I recently completed a rebrand and need a senior PPT designer to build a fully functional, on-brand slide master template (.potx) that my team can use to produce client-ready decks without designing from scratch. THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR SOMEONE WHO DESIGNS SLIDES ONE-BY-ONE. I need a true slide master with working layouts, theme colors, theme fonts, and properly configured placeholders. If you can't explain the difference between a Slide Master and a Layout, please don't apply. DELIVERABLES ------------ * 1x .potx template file (PowerPoint 365, Windows + Mac compatible) * Slide Master + ~20-25 Slide Layouts covering: - 3 title-slide variants - 2 section-divider variants - 6-8 body-content layouts (title + body, two-column, image-left/right, full-bleed image, quote, stat callout, etc.) - 3 data layouts (table, chart, KPI dashboard) - 2 team / bio layouts - 1 thank-you / closing - Final list to be agreed in kickoff * Theme Colors + Theme Fonts configured per brand book (so users can apply brand via the Office ribbon) * 1 reference .pptx deck (~15 slides) demonstrating every layout populated with sample content * Short user guide (1-2 pages) on how to apply layouts and reset placeholders SOURCE MATERIAL --------------- * Brand book (will share after shortlist): Includes colors, typography / fonts, logo system, photography style, iconography. REQUIRED SKILLS / FILTERS ------------------------- Please address each of these in your proposal: 1. Share 2-3 portfolio examples of SLIDE MASTER TEMPLATES YOU'VE BUILT (not one-off decks). I want to open the .potx and inspect the Slide Master view. 2. Briefly describe how you handle: (a) custom theme colors (b) font fallback when brand fonts aren't installed (c) placeholder configuration so users can't accidentally break the layout 3. Confirm you test on both Windows and Mac PowerPoint before delivery. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA ------------------- * All layouts visible and selectable from the "New Slide" dropdown * Theme Colors panel reflects brand palette (10 slots) * Resetting a slide (Home tab, Reset button) returns it to layout default without breakage * Inserting a new layout slide produces correctly positioned, on-brand placeholders with no manual cleanup needed * Reference deck renders identically on Windows and Mac BUDGET & TIMELINE ----------------- * Price: Propose your best fixed price offer * Milestones: 1.
