PROJECT MANAGER — FITNESS FACILITY LAUNCH (REMOTE) Full-time | Remote (Philippines-based) | Long-term | Immediate opening We're opening a high-end, 40,000 sq ft Class A fitness facility in central San Francisco — and we're hiring now. Initially it operates through partnerships with yoga, Pilates, HIIT, martial arts, and dance studios that use our spaces; long term it expands into public memberships. You'll manage the launch and day-to-day operations remotely, working directly with an experienced, fast-paced ownership team, with a growth path toward General Manager as the facility scales. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Management experience required; project management experience ideal - Enthusiasm for AI tools required — you'll build workflows and automations, not just complete tasks - Initiative and creativity essential: you spot problems and fix them without being asked - Comfortable owning diverse responsibilities, from partner relationships to operations to reporting - Fitness or retail experience a plus - Excellent English; overlap with US Pacific hours COMPENSATION $10 USD/hour, full-time (40 hrs/week) | Long-term, with growth as the facility expands.
