Package Insert Design + Box Packaging Update for Medical Compression Sock Brand

We need two tasks completed for our medical compression sock brand, TempleCore. Task 1: Package Insert Design - Recreate an existing HTML mockup as a print-ready vector file (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign) - A5 landscape (210mm x 148mm), bi-fold (single fold, 4 panels) - Printed both sides: English on the outside, French on the inside - Each side has a cover panel and a content panel - All text content, layout, colors, and fonts are provided in the HTML reference file Task 2: Box Packaging Update - We have two finalized box designs (Black version and White version) in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format - One text change is needed on both versions: update the manufacturer name from "Temple Core Health LTD" to "Temple Core Products Ltd." in the Manufacturer / Importer section on the back panel - No other changes to the box design What we provide: - HTML mockup for the insert with exact layout, text, colors, and structure - Font: Poppins (Google Fonts) - Color codes (green #2D8C4E, amber #C08000) - Existing box design source files (.ai) for both versions Deliverables: - Package insert: Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleed and crop marks) + source file (.ai or .indd) - Box designs: Updated .ai source files + print-ready PDFs for both Black and White versions Requirements: - Experience with print design and packaging layout - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must be able to edit .ai files) - Attention to detail, this is a medical product so accuracy of text is critical - Turnaround: 3-5 business days Please include relevant samples of print design or packaging work in your proposal.
