Packaging Designer (Retainer)

Our Place, a D2C cookware brand, is looking for a reliable packaging designer to join us on an ongoing retainer basis. This is turnkey production work, not concepting — we need someone who can execute quickly and accurately on well-defined tasks so our in-house design team can stay focused on bigger initiatives. The work includes: - Placing logos and brand elements onto existing dielines for D2C shipper boxes - Making running changes/updates to existing packaging and collateral - Adding translated copy to existing English artwork (we'll provide the translations) - UPC labels - Simple care cards - Stickers - Other turnkey packaging production tasks as they come up What we need from you: - Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Solid fundamental understanding of packaging production — dielines, bleed, safe zones, print-ready file setup - Comfort working from existing templates/files rather than starting from scratch - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely - Strong written English and responsiveness — we'll be coordinating async - Fast turnaround on relatively simple, well-scoped tasks - Ability to interface with us via Slack This is a remote, offshore-friendly role. No in-office requirement.
