Packaging Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to support our product and marketing team. This role is responsible for designing attractive, functional, and brand-aligned packaging for our hair tool products. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands consumer behavior, and can translate brand identity into compelling packaging designs that stand out both online and in retail. **Key Responsibilities** - Design packaging concepts for hair tools, including boxes, labels, inserts, and product wraps - Ensure all packaging aligns with brand guidelines, target audience, and marketing strategy - Create print-ready files and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for production requirements - Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new product launches and packaging updates - Research packaging trends, materials, and competitor designs within the beauty industry - Revise and improve existing packaging based on feedback and performance insights - Ensure compliance with labeling requirements (e.g., product info, barcodes, warnings) **Qualifications** - Proven experience in packaging design (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods) - Strong portfolio showcasing packaging or product design work - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign - Understanding of print production, dielines, and packaging materials - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment **Nice to Have:** - Experience designing for e-commerce brands - Knowledge of sustainable/eco-friendly packaging solutions - Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
