Packaging + Digital Designer, Physical Shark-Tank Product
Worldwide
Website: https://pepperpong.com/ Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Pepper-Pong-Full-Set/dp/B0DBRH93TN We sell a game called Pepper Pong. Ping pong with foam balls that plays on any surface, so a kid can beat an adult and your grandmother can beat you. We went on Shark Tank and got a deal. What You'd Own The box people open on Christmas morning. The listing images that decide whether someone buys. Our store pages. The pitch decks we take to retailers. Our wholesale pages. Landing pages for the schools and organizations that already buy from us and currently get nothing built for them. The social posts. Our product is on retail shelves, on Amazon, on our own store, in thousands of homes and all over TikTok. Nobody owns how any of it looks. You'd have full creative control. This becomes your thing, the work you point at and say you made. You'd be our only designer to start. As we grow you build the team around you: an editor, other designers, whoever you need. We want a head of brand and we'd rather grow one than hire one. Who we're looking for You design for consumers, not businesses. Products people pick up, brands people feel something about. You'll make a retail deck now and then, but if your portfolio is mostly SaaS dashboards and enterprise work, this isn't a fit. You do packaging and digital. Most designers do one or the other. We need both. You use AI tools every day. This one isn't negotiable. If you're not using them, we won't move forward. You have taste and you can explain it. We want to hear why something works, not just that it does. Lean AI-native team, and you'd own this outright. How to apply Don't write a cover letter. We won't read it. Go look at our product page at pepperpong.com and our Amazon listing. Then send us a Loom, 5 minutes or less, answering one question: What would you change to sell this product better? Talk about images, video and overall direction. Show us your own work while you explain. Everyone who sends a Loom gets a reply.
