Packaging Structural Design Specialist for Production-Ready Dielines Workflow

I am looking for an expert packaging structural designer / dieline specialist to help my company create production-ready packaging dielines from virtual mockups, renders, reference photos, sketches, or existing packaging concepts. This is not a regular graphic design project. I need someone with real experience in packaging structure, dielines, die-cut layouts, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, food packaging, and manufacturing-ready files. We work with custom food packaging products such as: * Catering boxes * Sushi boxes * Bakery boxes * Pizza boxes * Hot dog boxes * Burger boxes * Delivery packaging * Corrugated boxes * Heat-sealable paper tray systems * Paper trays with dividers and compartments The goal is to build a reliable workflow where we can provide a virtual mockup or reference image, along with target dimensions, material information, and product requirements, and receive a technically correct dieline suitable for factory production. The professional must be able to create or review dielines with proper separation of: * Cut lines * Crease/fold lines * Perforation lines, when needed * Glue areas * Lock tabs * Bleed * Safe zones * Artwork placement zones The final files must be suitable for real production, not only for presentation purposes. Expected deliverables may include: * Production-ready dielines in Adobe Illustrator, PDF, SVG, DXF, or CAD format * Clearly organized layers for cut, crease, glue, bleed, safe area, and artwork * Structural review of the packaging * Folding and assembly logic * Material recommendations, such as E-flute, kraft board, SBS, or other suitable boards * Manufacturing risk assessment * Corrections to AI-generated or draft dielines * Recommendations to improve production feasibility I need someone who can think like a packaging engineer, not only as a visual designer. The ideal candidate should understand how packaging is actually cut, folded, glued, assembled, shipped, and used by food-service clients. To apply, please include: 1.
