On-Page SEO Implementer — Strapi CMS / Local SEO (Texas) About the Role: We're a Texas-based moving company operating in four markets (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio) and we need someone who implements SEO not someone who hands us a report. This is an execution role. We DO NOT celebrate traffic. We track leads and revenue. If you optimize a page, we want to know if it drove calls, form fills, and booked jobs, not just sessions and impressions. If that's how you already think, please apply. You'll work directly in our Strapi headless CMS to make on-page changes: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, schema markup, internal linking, content updates, and page-level optimizations. Some technical items will get routed to our dev team you need to recognize those, spec them out clearly, and hand them off. Everything else is yours to own and execute. This is an ongoing engagement, not a one-time project. What You'll Actually Do: Implement on-page SEO changes directly in Strapi Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1/H2 structure, and schema markup Manage internal linking and anchor text across service and city pages Update and optimize page content for target keywords Identify technical issues, document them clearly for our dev team, and follow up Report against SE Ranking for keyword tracking and Local Falcon for GBP performance Requirements: Hands-on Strapi experience this is non-negotiable. Specify the version(s) you've worked with Demonstrated on-page SEO implementation (not just auditing or strategy) Local SEO experience: we're a multi-location service business, not e-commerce or SaaS Ability to distinguish what you can implement vs. what requires a developer Comfortable working async with a small in-house marketing team Nice to Have: Experience with SE Ranking or Local Falcon Familiarity with headless/JAMstack architecture Schema markup experience (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ) To Apply please skip the pitch. Answer these three questions: 1. Describe a specific on-page SEO project you implemented in Strapi. What version, what did you change, what happened to rankings or traffic after? 2. Give me an example of a technical SEO issue you found that had to go to a developer. How did you spec it out? 3. Have you done local SEO for a multi-location service business? What did that look like? 4. Have you done local SEO for a multi-location service business where success was measured in leads or revenue, not just traffic or rankings? Walk me through how you connected your SEO work to business outcomes. Applications without answers to these questions won't be reviewed.
