Summary

This is a consultation + documentation engagement, not ongoing media buying. We don't need you to run campaigns long-term. We need you to teach us the correct setup, do it live with us on one real account, and leave us with a clean, repeatable process. Scope of Work For each of the four platforms — TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn — we want to learn and document the full account architecture and client-onboarding flow: Agency / Manager-level setup — the correct top structure for an agency managing multiple clients (e.g. TikTok Business Center + agency access, Meta Business Manager + partner access, Google Ads Manager Account / MCC, LinkedIn Business Manager + Campaign Manager). Business / ad account setup under that structure. Inviting and connecting a client — requesting access to a client's assets, or having them grant agency access, with the correct roles and permissions (this is where most agencies get the structure wrong). Launching the first campaign end-to-end — pixel/tag/conversion setup, audience, creative upload, budget, and going live. Deliverables Live, working setup completed with us (screen-share) on one real account per platform. A clear step-by-step SOP per platform (written checklist and/or recorded screen-share video) that a non-expert team member can follow to onboard the next client. A short permissions/roles cheat sheet per platform (what to ask the client for, what access we request, what can go wrong). A 30-minute Q&A wrap-up. You're a Strong Fit If You Have personally set up agency-side ad infrastructure across these platforms (not just run ads on a single account). Understand the difference between personal, business, and agency/manager-level accounts and client-access flows. Can explain things clearly and teach, not just do.
