We are a digital growth marketing agency, building creative campaigns and technology solutions. We are looking for an amazing contractor as a Paid Ads Manager with extensive experience in the beauty industry. The paid ads manager will support some of our clients as we grow our business. This role is great for you if you love autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and building out winning strategies for clients, along with providing creative GTM planning and execution of paid ads campaigns for various brands across industries. Deliverables: Designing and delivering paid ads media programs to support the growth and brand awareness of products and services on various campaigns. Developing and optimizing creative ad campaign strategies for specific client funnels, driving high-quality leads, traffic, conversion, and brand engagement. Strategizing through appropriate marketing channels, develop ad creative, and delve into the analytics of customer data to extract insightful market trends towards business objectives. Testing different components of ad campaigns to achieve optimal results for ad performance. Manage, optimize and monitor client budgets across all paid media platforms. Establishing and ensuring proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting. Optimizing ad campaigns for CPL and positive ROI. Joining client meetings, and providing updates, insights, and recommendations as needed. Following up with client communication, questions, and concerns promptly on Slack. Communicating with the internal agency team on status updates. Who you are: 3+ years of Paid Ads Management experience across multiple accounts, working directly with clients. Expertise in generating results across multiple platforms (google, FB, IG, YT, TikTok, etc.). You can articulate successful campaigns you have worked on and the logic behind your strategy. Strong experience with SEMrush & Canva. Experience handling international brands for large clients You are creative, positive, and can work independently - but also collaborate with the team. Love working in a startup, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Advanced knowledge of the psychology of advertising and customer journey experience. Attention to detail and sense of urgency. When something stops converting, you take action to improve performance before the client has to ask. Strong ability to problem-solve, understand the story behind data/metrics, and make good judgments, with realistic expectations for a client, based on market data. Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Comfortable using campaign tracking and scheduling software among other creative computer-aided tools. You are analytically minded and committed to learning and keeping up with evolving industry practices. NOTE: ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWERED.
