About the Role We are a digital growth marketing agency that helps brands grow through creative marketing strategies and technology-driven solutions. We're currently seeking a skilled Paid Ads Manager with significant experience in the beauty industry to join our team and support a variety of client accounts. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys building high-impact paid media strategies, taking ownership of campaign performance, and working closely with clients to achieve measurable results. What You'll Do Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. Develop campaign strategies based on each client's goals, audience, and marketing funnel. Analyze campaign data and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continued growth. Test creatives, messaging, targeting, and campaign structures to improve performance. Oversee and optimize advertising budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels. Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, and cost per lead. Attend client meetings to provide updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations. Communicate with clients promptly through Slack and maintain strong working relationships. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure campaigns are executed successfully. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients. Strong expertise across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid media platforms. Ability to demonstrate successful campaigns and clearly explain the strategy behind the results. Experience using SEMrush and Canva. Experience working with international brands and larger-scale advertising accounts. Creative thinker who is equally comfortable making data-driven decisions. Independent, accountable, and collaborative in a remote work environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a growing agency. Strong understanding of customer psychology, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proactively improve underperforming campaigns. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable using reporting, analytics, campaign tracking, and project management software. Committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of changes in the digital advertising landscape. Note: Please answer all screening questions.
