Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance, consistency, and fit. This person should have strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels. We are not looking for someone who only understands the basics. We need someone who can think strategically, manage execution, analyze performance, and help improve the quality of our paid media operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple client accounts. They should be able to manage campaigns with confidence, communicate clearly with our internal team, and make decisions based on data. Role Responsibilities The Paid Ads Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing paid media campaigns across client accounts. Responsibilities may include: Building, launching, and managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as needed Developing campaign structures based on the client’s goals, budget, offer, audience, and funnel stage Conducting audience research, keyword research, competitor research, and creative analysis Managing daily and weekly campaign optimizations to improve performance Reviewing ad spend, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics Identifying what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be tested next Creating testing plans for audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages, offers, and campaign types Writing clear ad briefs and providing direction to creative teams when needed Reviewing landing pages and funnels to identify conversion issues Supporting weekly and monthly reporting with insights, recommendations, and next steps Communicating campaign updates clearly to the internal team Helping improve internal paid media processes, templates, and workflows Staying updated on platform changes, tracking changes, ad policy updates, and industry best practices
