Paid Ads Project Manager and Client Support

We are looking for a highly organised, client-facing Paid Ads Project Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role is the glue between our clients, media buyers, and leadership. You are responsible for making sure clients are supported, campaigns move forward, accounts are connected properly, tasks are followed up, and nothing gets missed. You do not need to be the person building the ad campaign yourself, but you must understand how a paid ads department works. You need to know enough about Facebook/Meta Ads and/or Google Ads to confidently support clients, communicate with media buyers, review next steps, and push back when a client is asking for something that will not help their campaign succeed. This is a fast-moving role for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, excellent with clients, and serious about doing great work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Helping onboard new paid ads clients - Guiding clients through connecting their Meta, Google, pixels, ad accounts, pages, domains, and other assets to our agency accounts - Coordinating between clients and media buyers so campaigns can be launched correctly and on time - Managing paid ads tasks inside ClickUp so nothing is dropped, forgotten, or delayed - Following up with clients when we need information, access, approvals, or assets - Reviewing campaign updates before they are sent to clients - Making sure reporting is clear, accurate, and helpful - Jumping on Zoom calls with clients when needed to walk through setup, reporting, campaign issues, or next steps - Helping clients understand what is happening with their ads without overwhelming them - Identifying when something is stuck and pushing it forward - Communicating clearly with the media buyers so they have what they need to do their job well - Pushing back professionally when a client requests something that is not the right move for their campaign - Being the final checkpoint before important client communication goes out or campaigns go live WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You must be: - Experienced in a paid ads department, paid ads agency, or similar digital marketing environment - Confident speaking with clients on live Zoom calls - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication - Able to use AI effectively but not ‘sound’ like you are using AI - Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients and tasks at once - Comfortable using ClickUp or similar project management tools - Patient, helpful, and calm when clients are confused, frustrated, or stuck - Able to make decisions quickly and move work forward - Detail-focused — mistakes in this role can delay campaigns or damage client trust - Comfortable coordinating between clients, media buyers, and internal teams - Strong enough to push back when needed, while still being professional and helpful - Fast, reliable, and proactive THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF.... - You need constant reminders to follow up - You avoid client calls - You are not confident speaking English on Zoom - You are disorganised or regularly miss details - You wait for someone else to tell you what to do next - You cannot manage multiple moving parts at once - You only pass messages between people without thinking critically - You say “that’s not my job” instead of helping find the answer THE RIGHT PERSON The right person will care about clients getting results, not just ticking tasks off a list. You will help make sure campaigns launch smoothly, clients feel supported, media buyers have what they need, and the team is always clear on what needs to happen next. You will be the person who keeps the paid ads department moving. REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in a paid ads agency, digital marketing agency, or paid ads department - Understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads setup processes - Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp,or similar - Excellent English communication skills - Comfortable hosting Zoom calls with clients - Strong attention to detail - Strong follow-up and task management skills - Ability to work quickly and accurately - Able to work US hours 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri (Not Negotiable) HOW TO APPLY Please apply with: A short Loom/video telling us about your experience working with paid ads, clients, or a digital marketing team.
