Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook / Google / Snapchat / TikTok)

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Snapchat. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time. The position requires general availability during 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time to collaborate with our team and coordinate campaign activity. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns, understands performance metrics, and can improve campaign outcomes through testing and analysis. Responsibilities • Create and launch paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Snapchat • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion performance • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting and budgets as needed • Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations • Collaborate with internal team members on campaign strategy and creative direction Ideal Experience • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization • Experience improving performance through data-driven testing • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Clear communication and ability to collaborate with a remote team Screening Questions To help us evaluate candidates quickly, please include answers to the following: • What is the largest monthly ad budget you have personally managed? • Share one example of a campaign you optimized that improved performance (include metrics if possible). • Which advertising platform are you most experienced with, and why?
