Paid Beta Test — Mobile App Subscription, Account Deletion & Notifications (iOS or Android)

We are running a closed beta of Praxis Saxophone, a mobile music practice app. We need 2 testers (one iOS, one Android preferred) to verify subscription purchase flows, account deletion, and push-notification deep links before App Store submission. These are blocking QA areas — accuracy matters more than speed. What you will do (about 2–3 hours total): Install our beta build via TestFlight (iOS) or Google Play internal testing (Android) Complete a structured checklist we provide, including: Subscription / In-App Purchase (sandbox test account — we provide instructions): Paywall appears for locked content Monthly and annual prices display correctly Sandbox purchase completes end-to-end Restore Purchases works after reinstall Free-tier content remains accessible without paying “Manage subscription” deep link opens the correct store page Account deletion: Delete Account is visible in Settings Confirmation flow works (explicit confirm step) Account deletes successfully and signs you out Re-signup with the same email creates a fresh account with no leftover data Export My Data works before deletion (on-device export) Push notifications & deep links (where applicable): Notification permission flow Tapping a notification opens the correct in-app screen Cold-start from notification does not crash Log pass/fail per item with short notes and screenshots for any failure Attend a 30-minute video call at the end of the test window (required for full payment) What you will NOT need: You do not need to own a saxophone You do not need to practice an instrument for 7 days Compensation: $50 USD fixed price (released via Upwork milestone on completion) 6 months of Praxis Pro subscription (promo code after completion) Requirements (you must have all of these): A physical iPhone (iOS 17+) or Android phone (Android 8.0+) Experience testing mobile IAP / subscriptions (App Store sandbox or Google Play test purchases) Comfort creating or using sandbox/test store accounts (we will send step-by-step instructions) Willingness to test account deletion on a test account you create for this beta Clear written English and attention to detail Availability to finish within 3–5 days of receiving the invite How to apply: Reply with: Device make, model, and OS version iOS or Android Brief description of prior subscription/IAP testing experience (which apps, which platform) Your timezone If shortlisted, we will send a 5-minute intake form.
