Paid: Local Videographers Needed for Short Apartment Walkthroughs

Hi! 👋 We’re looking for skilled local videographers to film short apartment walkthrough videos for the company's listing pages. The product is a rental platform where tenants often book homes remotely, without an in-person viewing. These videos will help tenants get a clearer, more realistic feel for the property before they decide to book. This is not a high-end cinematic shoot. We’re looking for simple, clear, well-lit, realistic property walkthroughs that show the space accurately, while still feeling engaging and easy to follow. Project scope We’re starting with a small paid test batch of up to 5 property videos. If the quality, communication, and turnaround are strong, there may be more batch work afterward. Each video should be around 30–60 seconds and follow a standard shot list. Deliverables For each listing, we’ll need: - 1 edited walkthrough video, 30–60 seconds - MP4 format - Minimum 1080p quality - Basic editing only: trimming, stabilisation, and brightness correction if needed - No heavy filters, misleading angles, or dramatic effects - Final delivery within 48–72 hours after filming Requirements Please apply only if you: - Are based in Italy (Preference: Milan) - Have experience filming apartments, rooms, property listings, real estate, hotels, student housing, or interiors - Own suitable filming equipment, such as a smartphone with a strong camera and gimbal, or a camera with a stabilizer - Can follow a clear shot list and filming template - Can film multiple nearby properties in one day if needed - Communicate clearly and reliably - Are comfortable creating realistic, functional property videos rather than cinematic brand content - Have a good eye for visual storytelling and know how to make a space feel clear, natural, and easy to understand on video Usage rights The company must be able to use the final videos on listing pages and related product surfaces.
