We're a boutique digital marketing agency managing paid and organic social for a growing roster of clients. We move fast, communicate well, and build real relationships with our clients. We're looking for a paid media expert to join our team and take full ownership of a B2B SaaS ad account, with room to grow across additional accounts as we scale. This is a client-facing paid media position. You'll be the strategic lead and primary point of contact for a B2B SaaS client running Google Search and LinkedIn campaigns focused on demo bookings and qualified lead generation. You're not just building campaigns in the background, you own the relationship and the strategy. Our technical execution specialist handles Google/LinkedIn campaign setup, tracking, and optimization. You own everything above that layer. What You'll Be Doing: Leading strategy and targeting for Google Search and LinkedIn campaigns Managing the client relationship directly, including calls, updates, and follow-ups Writing and directing ad copy and messaging Briefing the creative team on visual assets Reviewing performance and translating data into clear next steps for the client Coordinating with our technical specialist on campaign setup and tracking What We're Looking For: 3+ years running paid media campaigns with real performance goals (leads, demos, pipeline, not just impressions or brand awareness) Hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience, specifically lower-funnel B2B campaigns Comfortable being the client-facing lead on a high-touch account Strong written communication Understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution Agency or freelance background managing client accounts directly Nice to Have: B2B SaaS or tech client experience Experience with value-based bidding and funnel-stage conversion events Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based attribution To Apply: Tell us about a B2B paid media campaign you ran, what the goal was, what you did, and what the result was.
