We are a design-forward e-commerce brand looking to transition our advertising efforts completely in-house. No agencies. We need a seasoned independent consultant to coach, train, and co-strategize with our internal team to scale our Meta and Google Ads. Our brand relies heavily on premium visual storytelling and curation; you will help us translate these aesthetics into high-converting campaigns. Key Responsibilities: -Strategy: Build a comprehensive, full-funnel roadmap for upcoming quarters. -Training: Lead hands-on sessions on campaign architecture, targeting, and budget optimization. -Creative & Google: Guide high-converting ad creative formats and optimize Google Shopping/PMax. -Data: Teach our team to track and analyze performance via GA4 and Meta Events Manager. What We Need: -Proven experience scaling premium, niche, or design-centric e-commerce brands. -A strong "teacher" mindset with excellent communication skills. -Independent consultants only—no agencies. Commitment & Application: -Structure: Initial 1–3 month consulting project (weekly video sessions + account reviews), with potential to transition into a long-term strategic retainer. -To Apply: Briefly share your experience with premium e-commerce brands, your mentorship approach, and how you balance Meta/Google budgets.
