Our mission is to bring the comfort and sophistication of a luxury hotel experience into everyday life. We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale our direct-to-consumer business through strategic advertising campaigns. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of our paid advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of growing ecommerce brands, optimizing ROAS, and developing data-driven acquisition strategies. Responsibilities: *Strategy & Planning -Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with revenue goals. -Create customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns. -Identify audience opportunities and scaling strategies. -Build and manage monthly testing roadmaps. *Campaign Management -Manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). -Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube as appropriate). -Monitor budgets and allocate spend efficiently. -Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns. *Creative & Testing -Collaborate with our team on ad creative direction. -Develop creative testing frameworks. -Analyze winning creatives and messaging angles. -Recommend new ad concepts based on performance data. *Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs including: -ROAS -MER -CAC -CPA -CTR -Conversion Rate -AOV Produce weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth. *Ecommerce Optimization -Analyze landing page performance. -Identify conversion bottlenecks. -Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates. -Work alongside our ecommerce and creative teams. Qualifications -3+ years managing paid media for ecommerce brands. -Proven success scaling Meta and Google advertising campaigns. -Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics. Experience with: -Shopify -GA4 -Meta Ads Manager -Google Ads -Google Merchant Center -Klaviyo (preferred) -Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms (preferred) -Excellent communication and reporting skills. *Nice to Have -Experience with luxury, home, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. -Experience launching new products and collections. -Understanding of influencer and creator-driven advertising strategies. *Success Metrics Within the first 90 days, we expect: -Improved campaign efficiency and ROAS. -A structured testing framework. -Consistent reporting and actionable insights. -Clear scaling recommendations. -Increased qualified traffic and revenue.
