Paid Media + Klaviyo Specialist (Google Ads, Meta, Email Flows) - Ongoing Retainer

Performance marketing agency seeking a hands-on paid media specialist to own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Klaviyo for client accounts, including one in the legal vertical. STRUCTURE: Monthly flat retainer for ownership of paid media + Klaviyo, estimated 8-12 hrs/week. We prefer retainer stability over hourly clock-watching. You own outcomes, not timesheets. YOU'LL OWN: - Google Ads: search campaigns, keyword strategy, bid management, ad copy testing - Paid social: Meta campaign setup, audience building, creative testing - Klaviyo: flow builds (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back), segmentation, campaign sends MUST HAVE: - 3+ years running Google Ads with proof of results (screenshots or case studies in your proposal) - Klaviyo certified or 2+ years building flows, not just sending campaigns - Experience in a compliance-sensitive vertical (legal, medical, finance) strongly preferred.
