Summary

Mediaboom is a digital marketing agency specializing in hospitality, healthcare, professional services, and lead generation. We are seeking a senior paid media strategist to help oversee and improve performance across our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. This is not an entry-level PPC management role. We are looking for an experienced strategist who can identify opportunities, improve account performance and help establish best practices across the agency. Responsibilities - Audit and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts - Develop account strategies focused on lead generation and ROI - Identify campaign, landing page, tracking, and conversion issues - Recommend testing strategies and optimization roadmaps - Participate in internal strategy discussions with account and creative teams - Review performance reporting and identify opportunities for improvement - Help establish agency-wide paid media standards and processes Requirements - 7+ years of paid media experience - Extensive Google Ads experience - Experience managing lead generation campaigns - Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously - Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution - Experience working within an agency environment - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Preferred Experience - Hospitality marketing - Healthcare marketing - Home services marketing - Meta Ads - Landing page optimization - Google Analytics 4 We're looking for dedicated/committed freelancers who work solely with agencies and/or companies - please do not apply if you have a full time position elsewhere.
