We partner with leading clinics in Baja California to offer stem cell therapy, hair restoration, plastic surgery, and bariatric surgery to patients — primarily from the U.S. — who are taking a brave and meaningful step toward better health. Our purpose is simple: to maximize people’s health and longevity, doing so with safety, care, and integrity. About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Media (Paid Media) External Consultant with a hands-on approach, an analytical mindset, and strong creative ability to drive TreVita’s lead generation through paid advertising on Meta and Google. This is not a role limited to running campaigns; we want someone who can design the ads themselves, build and optimize campaigns day to day, and implement the tracking and attribution that let us understand what generates qualified leads for our four service lines. The consultant will work closely with TreVita’s marketing, sales, and coordination teams in San Diego and Tijuana to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, and correct execution of campaigns and digital initiatives. An initial alignment phase will be provided covering brand, ad accounts, tools, communication guidelines, and project objectives, to support effective integration into the scope of contracted services. Responsibilities & Scope of Services - Content & Ad Creative Production - Design original static graphics and edit video creative purpose-built for paid social and search campaigns. - Develop multiple creative variations and hooks for systematic testing across formats (Reels, Stories, feed, Demand Gen/YouTube, Display). - Edit short- and long-form video for ads using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro. - Design ad assets (statics, carousels, banners) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. - Keep all creative aligned with TreVita’s visual system and compliant with each platform’s health-advertising policies. Campaign Management & Optimization - Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, - Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen/YouTube). - Optimize campaigns on a daily cadence — monitoring pacing, bids, audiences, and creative to ensure budget is spent efficiently and toward target KPIs. - Build and manage retargeting campaigns, structured A/B tests, and geo-targeted campaigns. - Manage budget allocation and pacing across platforms and service lines, reallocating spend toward what converts. - Build and maintain audiences: custom audiences, lookalikes, and exclusions. Tracking, Attribution & Integrations - Connect Meta and Google to HubSpot so ad-sourced leads flow into the CRM and are tracked through the funnel. - Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure: Meta Pixel + Conversions API, Google tag/GA4, and event tracking. - Set up attribution models across both platforms, from top of funnel through bottom of funnel, to understand what drives leads versus closed patients. - Define and apply a consistent UTM and tracking convention to measure conversions accurately, end to end. Measurement, Reporting & KPIs - Identify and track the core KPIs per campaign and service line, always anchored on conversion and lead generation: CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC. - Deliver weekly performance reports with results, insights, and actionable recommendations. - Partner with Sales to close the loop between leads generated, lead quality, and patients booked, feeding that back into targeting and creativity. - Compliance & Platform Health - Keep all advertising compliant with Meta and Google policies for health, medical, and cosmetic categories (including claims, before/after, and personal-attribute restrictions). - Stay current on platform changes, privacy/tracking shifts, and new ad products, adapting the strategy accordingly. Tools & Working Ecosystem - To deliver the services, the consultant will work with certain tools used by TreVita. Prior experience with most of them is valued; familiarity with equivalent tools will also be considered. - Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads: Building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns. - Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager: Tracking, events, and conversion analysis. - Clarity: Performance dashboards and reporting. - HubSpot: Ad-platform integration, lead management, and funnel tracking. - Meta Pixel / Conversions API: Server-side tracking implementation. - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro): Design and video production for ads. - Canva: Ad asset design using brand templates. - CapCut: Short-form video editing for Reels and TikTok. - Notion: Project coordination and deliverable tracking. - Google Drive: Storage and organization of ad assets. - ChatGPT: Ideation, copywriting support, and creative brainstorming. - Aloware & Synthflow (nice to have): Call tracking and conversational tools to close the conversion loop. Desired Profile & Qualifications - 4 to 6+ years managing paid media across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a proven track record in lead generation / performance (not just awareness). - A design background or strong design experience: you can produce ad-ready static graphics and edit video yourself. Portfolio required. - Strong analytics skills: GA4, Clarity (or similar), and a real understanding of attribution. - Experience connecting ad platforms to a CRM; HubSpot experience strongly preferred. - Fluent command of UTMs, pixels/Conversions API, and conversion tracking. - Nice to have: experience advertising in healthcare, wellness, cosmetic, or another regulated industry, or in medical tourism / cross-border marketing.
