Paid Media Specialist (B2B, PPC)

We’re looking for a paid media specialist to gradually scale our paid acquisition efforts, with Google Ads as the primary focus. Current spend is around £8-10k/month. Campaigns are already running, but we now want someone who can bring structure, testing, creative iteration, and long term scaling across paid channels. We are a UGC agency, so experience with B2B acquisition is critical. This is very different from D2C ecommerce performance marketing. We need someone who understands longer buying cycles, lead quality, positioning, and conversion driven funnels for B2B audiences. What we need: * Oversee Google Ads strategy, performance, and optimization * Gradually expand and optimize other paid channels where relevant * Improve CAC and conversion rates * Refresh ad copy and creatives regularly * Create lightweight assets in Canva/Figma * Coordinate simple video creative production with the team * Build and optimize landing pages in Webflow What success for us looks like - Being able to scale up paid acquisition channels while keeping CAC, CPC, etc. similar - Content/strategy roadmap, show me your ideas for the next months what you'd like to test! - Come up with a content storage structure, so we can re-use assets and re-make top performing content
