About TrulyUs TrulyUs is building a new kind of dating platform based on trust, identity verification, honesty, and intentional relationships. We're looking for an experienced Meta advertising specialist to manage our paid media campaigns and ensure our advertising budget delivers the strongest possible customer acquisition results. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Strategist, who will develop the messaging strategy and creative hypotheses, and our Creative Developer, who will produce the advertising assets. Your focus is execution, optimization, and reporting. Type: Independent Contractor (Hourly) No agencies please. I am looking to work directly with an experienced individual. What you'll do Your primary responsibility is to ensure our Meta advertising campaigns reach the right audiences, are optimized continuously, and produce clear, actionable performance data. Responsibilities include: • Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns. • Develop audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns. • Optimize campaign structure, placements, bidding strategies, and budgets. • Configure and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversion API. • Launch and manage structured A/B tests provided by the Growth Marketing Strategist. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns continuously. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce customer acquisition cost. • Produce concise weekly reports with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations. • Collaborate closely with the founder, Growth Marketing Strategist, and Creative Developer to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. Success looks like You are responsible for ensuring that every advertising dollar is spent effectively and that campaign performance is measured accurately. You'll help answer questions such as: • Which audiences generate the lowest acquisition cost? • Which placements perform best? • Which campaigns should be scaled? • Which experiments have produced statistically meaningful results? • Where are users dropping out of the acquisition funnel? • What operational improvements should we make to improve campaign performance? Required experience • 5+ years managing Meta advertising campaigns. • Demonstrated success managing paid acquisition for consumer products or subscription businesses. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Events Manager, and campaign optimization. • Experience managing multiple concurrent advertising campaigns. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred experience • Consumer technology or SaaS. • Subscription businesses. • Marketplace platforms. • Dating apps or relationship products. • Google Analytics (GA4). • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Reporting You should be comfortable producing clear, concise reports covering: • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), where applicable • Cost per Passport purchase • Cost per Subscription • Click-Through Rate (CTR) • Cost Per Click (CPC) • Cost Per Mille (CPM) • Funnel conversion rates • Audience performance • Campaign performance trends • Results of A/B tests and recommendations for optimization What I'm looking for I'm looking for someone who enjoys optimizing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and continually improving advertising performance. You should be equally comfortable discussing audience segmentation, campaign structure, bidding strategies, attribution, and reporting. You'll work as part of a small team where strategy, creative, and execution are separate disciplines that work closely together. When applying, please include: 1.
