Paid Media Specialist (Meta + TikTok Ads)

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. We're seeking someone who can take ownership of campaign execution, provide strategic recommendations, and help drive measurable business results. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager • Develop campaign structures, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies • Create, launch, monitor, and scale paid social campaigns • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy • Provide guidance and recommendations on ad copy, messaging, and creative direction • Monitor KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance • Deliver regular performance reports and insights • Stay current on platform updates, advertising best practices, and emerging trends Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns • Proven experience with both Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization • Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain strategy clearly • Experience advising on ad copy and creative strategy • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications • Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response advertising • Familiarity with Conversion API, and attribution tracking • Experience using analytics platforms • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaign results What We're Looking For We want a proactive partner who can: • Recommend and refine ad copy • Suggest creative improvements • Identify opportunities to improve performance • Take ownership of campaign management from setup through optimization • Work collaboratively while operating independently To Apply Please include: 1.
