Paid Media Specialist Needed for Targeted Campaigns
Worldwide
The Role As a Paid Media Specialist, you will join our Campaigns department as a subject-matter expert, blending emotional clarity with operational structure. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' paid media ecosystems—from Meta to Performance Max—are not just driving clicks, but are deeply aligned with their overarching brand strategy and long-term business goals. You will help our partners lead the change rather than chase it, using a mix of instinct, insight, and innovation to drive momentum across the full journey. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Scope and plan paid media campaigns that align research, creative, and platform strategy into a single, coherent arc. Ad Management & Execution: Develop and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and emerging channels. Reporting Dashboards & Insights: Produce regular monthly performance reports and maintain live dashboards using Google Looker Studio and GA4. You must be able to translate complex metrics into narratives that drive smarter decisions. Project Management: Utilize ClickUp to manage campaign timelines, task dependencies, and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring all deliverables are met on time. Performance Analysis: Analyze historical and current campaign data with a focus on CAC, ROI, ROAS, and attribution modeling to understand what is truly driving results. Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with our Strategy, Creative, and UX teams to ensure paid campaigns are a true extension of the brand's identity and voice. Research & Auditing: Conduct competitive audits and category scans to identify "whitespace" opportunities for our clients. Experience & Qualifications The Track Record: 3–5 years of DTC paid media experience (Paid Social and PPC), preferably within an agency environment. Experience in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands is a major plus. The Technical Proficiency: Subject-matter expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Mastery of Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides) for data analysis and client presentations. Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar enterprise project management tools) for workflow organization. Experience with CRM integration (email, marketing automation) and CMS platforms. The Mindset: A passion for "learning out loud" and exploring new channels. You should be proactive, thinking ahead to anticipate client needs before they arise. Education: A 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; experience in SEO/SEM alignment or influencer strategy.
