Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Paid Media Specialist to support our agency with white-label paid media services for hospitality, tourism, and experience-driven brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn strong organic content and brand storytelling into measurable paid media results, especially for brands focused on bookings, visits, ticket sales, and community growth. * Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, audiences, and campaign timelines * Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms * Support campaigns for hotels, hospitality groups, destinations, attractions, restaurants, events, and lifestyle brands * Recommend campaign objectives, targeting, creative formats, placements, budgets, and testing strategies * Manage paid social campaigns for awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation, bookings, ticket sales, and conversions * Set up and manage tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and reporting dashboards * Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve results * Provide clear insights and recommendations based on performance data * Collaborate with our team on creative direction, ad copy, landing page recommendations, and testing opportunities * Prepare monthly or campaign-specific reports with key takeaways, wins, learnings, and next steps * Communicate proactively with our internal team while remaining white-labeled to clients when needed We are looking for someone with: * 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience * Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads * Experience with hotels, hospitality, travel, tourism & destinations
