Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled part-time Paid Media Specialist to help us acquire and expand large B2B customers through performance marketing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads. Role overview You will own strategy and execution for paid campaigns aimed at senior decision-makers and marketing leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies. Your focus will be pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and impressions. You will work closely with our internal marketing team, who will support you with landing page creation, content, and messaging, while you drive continuous optimization. Responsibilities Develop and execute a paid media strategy to penetrate large B2B accounts (mid-market and enterprise). Plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit focused on high-intent and account-based motions. Set up, structure, and optimize campaigns for maximum qualified leads and pipeline, while reducing cost of customer acquisition. Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, audiences, bidding, and creatives to improve conversion rates and deal quality. Collaborate with our marketing team on landing page funnels, lead routing, and tracking so performance can be measured end to end. Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights and next steps on a weekly basis. Monitor competitors’ messaging and ads, and proactively suggest campaigns to win market share and displace alternatives. Requirements Proven experience managing B2B paid media for companies selling into larger accounts (1,000+ employees preferred). Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager; Reddit Ads experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated success lowering CAC while increasing pipeline and/or revenue, not just lead volume. Strong background in testing and optimization: A/B testing ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages. Comfortable working with marketing teams to align campaigns with positioning, content, and sales goals. Excellent analytical skills: able to read the data, spot issues early, and propose specific experiments. Strong written English and the ability to craft compelling, concise ad copy for professional audiences.
