Paid 45-Min Interview — US Facility Managers / Building Owners Who Bought Commercial HVAC ($50)

We are a small research team studying how businesses find and choose commercial HVAC contractors. We are looking for people to talk to, not to hire for a project. What we need: a 30–40 minute video call. No prep, no deliverable, no follow-up work. Just your experience. You are a fit if: You are based in the US You are a facility manager, building owner, operator, or property manager You have been involved in buying commercial HVAC work in the last ~2 years (replacement, upgrade, or new install) for a commercial building — office, retail, light industrial, restaurant, school, church, warehouse The purchase was for a business or organization, not your own home Not a fit: residential HVAC only, HVAC technicians or contractors (we have a separate post for you), or anyone who has not personally been part of a vendor selection. Pay: $50 fixed, paid on completion of the call. Time: 30–40 minutes, scheduled at your convenience. We will ask about how you searched, how you compared bids, and what was hard about it. Nothing confidential — no contract values, vendor names, or internal documents required.
